Apple Store - San Francisco 2004

10 April 2004

I was visiting the States to attend a video streaming conference after being appointed as a Flexible Learning Leader in New Zealand. This was my first visit to an Apple Store and what a great place to start...their flagship store in central San Francisco.

This store ended up being 5 minutes from where I was staying, so I visited quite a bit. I decided to by my first Mac laptop from the store, but had so many issues with the store and my credit card, I had to go and buy traveller's cheques at a bank. Even so, I still saved a great deal of money and made great use of the free wifi. The staff were very helpful and also allowed me to take a number of photos that would later be used in an NZ Macguide Magazine article.
